I will have to take time to read the entire law. The law isn't banning batteries or an electronic device is it? Wouldn't one be able to buy juice without nicotine in it online... and then add their own nic to it? Has Arkansas implemented a new police division: the vape police? If I ordered and then sent juice to someone in Arkansas, how are the authorities going to know? Are they going to have "Vape Dogs" to sniff each package coming into Arkansas? This is ludicrous. I would have loved to have heard the debate on the floor of the Arkansas Legislature and the rational, or lack thereof.

I need coffee... and good morning.:D I have to wake up pretty early in the morning to pull one over on you ladies.

Finding a reputable vendor that will sell there will be a problem.

Yeah, as always/predicted, it's all about the nicotine. DIY...I'd guess no issues except for the base. Many vendors will probably just skip that state entirely. Next prediction: extra taxes on juice now that they have it all locked up to local retail.

There may be a bright spot...local vendors get a license. If it's not too onerous and if you buy from them anyway, it's not as bad as it could be (but still bad).

VaporShark, in Florida, has already obtained a license and will be selling thru B&M's in Arkansas. Yep, now that local stores have the market locked-up, prices will go up.

p.s. It's not as bad as it could be... yet.

    Bend over Pepper.
The "big threat" is not from the Fed (at least not yet). Nope. It's the "local state money grab" folks. And it's a money grab.
    1) Restrict all internet sales.
    2) Require licenses and only person-to-person sales
    3) "Save the kids!" "Save the kids!" (Kids get it anyway...completely ineffective...and they know it...look at tobacco.)
    4) TAX THE HELL OUT OF IT. <--- the real goal.

wouldn't your dad enjoy a visit to your friend ? that way you could do both! ;)

You BETTER put a "winkie" after that suggestion. It's over 50 miles one-way with no
    expressway segments.

I suppose Dad could entertain himself riding the elevator/lift up and down all afternoon.
Wonder if it has a "turbo" setting?

    ...

    Edge trimming done.

The power to regulate is the power to tax. Yes, I'm sure the debate centered around the KIDS and how they must save them. And, as you said, completely ineffective--look at tobacco and alcohol. The Fed will have its hands in the money bucket soon enough. A Black Market is coming.
