also, send a letter to the contractor referencing your conversation where the contract was canceled by him and a prompt refund of the deposit promised!

I even picked up a bit in the house had had a nice cold refreshing pitcher of ice water ready. She
did not even cross the threshhold!!! 86 degrees and hell humidity.


ETA: My eMail last Friday mentioning "your conversation where the contract was canceled by
him and a prompt refund of the deposit promised" was met with a reply I was harassing him.

we're over 100 now but the thermometer is no longer in the shade! if there's no rain tonight i need to do plenty of watering tomorrow

:?: That was a bit of a non sequitur... but, yeah... thanks for the Oreo wish. :) S/He's right there waiting every
morning now for his wet food treat. Tonight after dinner, Oreo was on one deck chair cleaning and Ty-Grr was on
another, cleaning. But all day long... I have no idea where s/he goes. Still, as soon as I slide the door just a fraction
of an inch, *zoom!*.
