CES, I totally understand about the younger crowd and cloud chasing, and is one of the reasons I don't frequent the local meets anymore......
I do miss the social interaction, though.

There are a few of us in Florida who get together and we're not cloud chasers, but those meets are not too often.

Yep. we went from 6 people to 180. Which is great. except that i don't fit in anymore.

... suffice it to say that there is evidence that supports my opinion that beasties experience emotions.

Some people need/want/demand/throw-tantrums-for scientific evidence for every little
thing, otherwise it's hogwash.

OTHER people simply believe what they see, and do not require white papers, theses,
or treatises. THOSE folks are happier in life, I believe.

I've also read/heard that cats are not able to have facial expressions. Bull.

Good morning, all!

Katmar, I almost wish i was thick-skinned enough to post outside. I actually had stuff to contribute (science and all) to your critters and feelings thread. oh well. suffice it to say that there is evidence that supports my opinion that beasties experience emotions.

Aww, CES, thanks for the thought.....Very interesting abstract. I've always believed animals have emotions.
