Yep it would cool down the house quite nicely. Last night was the first night this year that i haven't been able to open the windows overnight. Still felt a bit too much like an oven.
Morning Everyone!!!! Still rain here, and humid. Taking my littlest one to the vet today for her checkup. Probably have to have her 2 top baby fang teeth pulled. They never came out and her adult ones just grew beside them. Hate for her to undergo anesthesia, but, she can't have both sets!! The baby ones stick out too much.
Want to try to get to the pool later this morning, but don't know if weather will cooperate. Oh well, there are other days!!!

Good morning, Katmar. Hope your little one has a good vet visit. My beasties have dental visits scheduled for tomorrow am. For now it's time for our walk.

Our cuz finally arrived about 9:30, and we gave him holy h*** for not having his phone on! Of course he got a lot of hugs of relief and all was forgiven. He got really tired, so stopped in N.Carolina to take a nap, then again in Georgia, thus his very late arrival.

Taking some time to plod on with the every-3-year online "defensive driving" course. Saves me 10%
on insurance. This time, they gave a whole 4 days' notice. And yeah... I can find the time to
shoehorn 6 hours into my schedule. The old one will expire for a few days until this one is completed.
Big deal. And... the course could NOT be any drier than if it was a popcorn fart.
I opted out of the voice-over (+$4.95) and the "video presentation" (+$14.95) for the read-only
Powerpoint method.
They're saying "remnants of Bobbie/Billie/BillieBobbie/Bubba (or whatever the storm is named) will
arrive here on Father's Day. So... two options:
... still have him here, but eat indoors (not really a cookOUT)
... go over to his place and take him out to eat, and then plan for another date here
Thinking I prefer the first one in order to just check it off my list of things to do. I know that
sounds a tad bit crass.
