Fran. Way back when, they said drag and drop/ copy-paste worked sometimes and not others. IDK how much of that has changed. Works for me. Maybe update FF or whatever. Browser differences, OS differences, all add up.
Yeah. Copy is local to your machine. It's the "paste" operation that the website has to respond to and handle the new image. So it's probably "them, not you". But it may work better if you change OS's and/or browsers. IDK what OS version and what Browser you have on that laptop (I don't want to think back that much, brain hurt).
