    summer squash and cucumbers almost on a daily basis - that's what's coming in from the garden right now. tomatoes are playing hard to get; i'll have to stop at friendly neighbor's down the road again.

    Regardless... poor veal calves. I make veal only once per year, for Dad at Christmas.
    Once that tradition stops, I'll probably never make it again unless a more-humane
    veal source is located.

    It *is* good, though.

    Eeuw to squash.


    And why are 6 patties considered "family size"??? Not *this* family!!!
