I tried plecostomuses (plecostomii?) twice in the past. Both - within 2 days - were rock-solid corpses.

this is a mature fella - 5'' and about 7 yrs old. gotta be pretty sturdy to have survived but no idea how much damage was done.

Some can be made better with new coil heads or new AFC valves. What have you got?

Cartomizers work better (last longer) in carto tanks. You can get a simple one for 5 bucks if you just want to use them up.

Clearos (three, maybe four, different manufacturers) all leaked terribly. Mess.

The cartomizers (? dunno who), 2-hole, run dry at my vaping speed. I tried drilling the
holes larger, but ended up breaking 3 drill bits. What the hell are they made of?

Fly in, fly out. Busy day today. Actually, busy enjoying it!!! Have a good night all and pleasant dreams. Loving the weather we've been having and looking good til the end of the month.

Tib, fingers crossed here. People can be such uncaring idiots.
    Good night Kat :)

Well, Bear, if you're getting too many dry hits and leaking, look at that Triton I posed reviews for a while back. I know...I know...latest gimmick, but they seem to be pretty solid. And you don't have to use them in cloud-chaser mode. You can normal-vape too. The reason I say it is...they wick really well (big holes) and use cotton that's replaceable wicking material. Adjustable air flow. Top fill tank.

If they are made by Kanger, they can be updated. Other, leaking, lesser plastic clearos are probably a total loss.

Cartomizers? I used Boge pre-drilled cartos in carto tanks and they worked OK with thin(ner) eliquids. Don't use them anymore... I have a few boxes of regular Boge cartomizers--I just hang on to them--not sure why...

Sometimes it's good to upgrade. The new tanks are so much improved.

I have quite a few Boges I'm holding on to also, and I know they will be used! I still love carto tanks, but these GS Airs have me totally hooked......what a vast improvement from what we were using in days gone by!!!

I have to get more RBAs myself! At this point only have a couple but really haven't delved into the building aspect; suppose I should, but.... meh!!!
