Old Lady House will NOT be going to grandson. It will be up for sale... but who knows
when. CRAP!!! Bet anything it becomes a rental. DAMN it. "Needs sale money for
assisted living". Grandson does not have $ to buy.

Also means I "inherit" about 12'-15' more front yard... UNDER that freaking tree. We've
just been using a road reflector post for YEARS as a casual "property line".

Grrrrr.

Now wait just a dang-gumb minute. You mean to tell us...
That's US. The ones that have been sympathizing with you and this neighbor's-tree-thing...
listening to you complain about it for YEARS...
that the tree and the leaves are really yours to begin with? That all the complaining you did about HER and HER TREE is not correct? That it's really YOUR TREE? *

Dear Mister AttyPops...

The tree is growing OUT of HER property. About 5 feet away from property line. Therefore, last time
I checked, it is HER tree.

I have said many times it's a MUTANT tree. Meaning: It is huge. If you say 35' canopy, then I tell you
back it's probably more like 50'.

I have ALSO mentioned I want(ed) to take down any/all "branches" that hang over the property line.
I'll go "out on a limb" here and guess it would set me back about a grand.

"GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY" would say SHE/family/hired-hand would clean up after *HER* tree... all
of it.

Don't get all Pit-Atty on ME!

Warmly,
SilverBear

FURTHERMORE...

You insult me when you think I would complain about it if it was MY TREE.

IF IT WAS MY TREE, I would be over on HER property cleaning it up.

THAT is what "GOOD NEIGHBOURS" do.
False accusation on your part, Bear.

Firstly, you implied that the line moved way under the tree.
Secondly I presented the math.
Thirdly I included an asterisk showing the math and ALSO INCLUDED the exception case that it would still be on her property.
Fourth, I was obviously joking with you. Not personally attacking you. :)

I'm not being passive aggressive or two-faced with you. Nor did I miss-quote you. Nor did I call you a liar. So please quit with the attack-dog references. It's not a fair comparison. Thanks.
