* = Moving your property line 15' over toward the tree, and knowing some of the leaves fell into your yard, means that you either own the tree, or it's one big-azz tree with > 35' (estimate) diameter "canopy" and non of it is really on "your side"????? Wow.

The tree is growing OUT of HER property. About 5 feet away from property line. Therefore, last time
I checked, it is HER tree.
I have said many times it's a MUTANT tree. Meaning: It is huge. If you say 35' canopy, then I tell you
back it's probably more like 50'.
I have ALSO mentioned I want(ed) to take down any/all "branches" that hang over the property line.
I'll go "out on a limb" here and guess it would set me back about a grand.
"GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY" would say SHE/family/hired-hand would clean up after *HER* tree... all
of it.
