"Mock" Stuffed Peppers tonight. Too many and too small to stuff,
so will just slice 'n dice. Also using crumbled Italian sausage for the
meat portion. Mix it all up, en casserole, bake! Add grated cheese
for last 10-15 minutes.
Serve with ... ??? ... still thinking.

And just when did they start making 40 pounds so darn heavy???
Picked up all the short chunks of cordwood off the ground. Glad that's done but my back isn't. Still have to unload onto the deck but not today.
