The "first opinion" place said I required having 2 "Torus mandibularis" removed
at $2400 EACH. EACH. (Plus sedation at $495.) In addition to the 7 teeth.
The doc I decided to go with made no mention of my (apparently gargantuan)

Yea, that crap can gag you for sure. Had the same problem until I, too, remembered to breathe through the nose. Plus they have their hands shoved in your mouth holding the mould in.... Didn't have any problems with my 'stache or beard, though...
