Hummm ... maybe they were just never exposed to people before you got them
Yeah, I'm thinking they were only physically exposed to the breeder herself and any other human contact was an accident.

Oh no no no... s/he was so very docile and calm. Smelled a little, but so would you, I
suppose. Just turned around and went back out.
Still no sign of skunks hanging around any more. Almost 2 weeks now.

Yep... all OTHER critters want to come in and stay a while EXCEPT for Oreo.
Maybe he'll learn by watching.

@Exploding ecig-guy....he messed up, for sure. But that's why I like regulated mods. Anyone can mess up and get a short. He should have felt the heat on that metal tube battery holder. But heat is probably "normal" for him because he's stressing the battery
. The need for mod-VENTING is yet-again demonstrated. Also proper batteries. No details so no telling...yet.
Still, e-cig injuries are rare...a lot rarer than, say, fires from cigs.

Ok...darn good to hear. My former neighbors had a family of raccoon living in their attic several years ago. THAT was no bueno.

*MY* canister vacuum caught on something and broke the beater-bar drive
belt!!! (It's just like yours, Tibs.) Had to haul out *HIS* freaking upright
cleaner. Man that thing is HEAVY.
I hate upright vacuums. "They're too BIG and HEAVY."
He hates canisters. "They follow you around like a dog and catch on everything."
