The apple Eve gave to Adam was actually a pomegranate, in case you didn't know.

We eat 2 or 3 of those a day--when they are in season. I love pomegranates. And they are so good for you!


One of the few things I miss about California !
Fresh picked fruits !

I did not know that, how did you come to learn this? :?:

Long story. I did study the Torah (the Old Testament) very carefully in my youth. Our apples originated in Central Asia--they didn't grow anywhere in the Middle East...

Pomegranates have all kind of symbolic meanings--like fertility and other things that I will not mention in this thread, but they all have to with sex and reproduction. :D
