No... the DSL modem

Called back around 13h00 and spent about 90 minutes troubleshooting problem. Modem. "Will be delivered 7
to 10 BUSINESS days." I was having NONE of that... with a Best buy 5 minutes away... supervisor...
expedited to 3 to 5 business days... still unacceptable... got an Order Number to take to Frontier
retail outlet.
Drove to/from in under 15 minutes. Guy at place just pointed to a pile 'o boxes and said take one.
No order number... no name... nothing. I asked if software was included because I could not get
on 'net. "New customer?" No. "Then just swap it out."
Still nothing. Called again around 16h45. Tech walked me through REQUIRED SET-UP (not just "swap
it out"... the

Back in business 17h10. Dinner. Flood parched plants and pots. Other stuff. End of day.
