PS...

If you win a hand-pay at a casino, it is customary to tip the person who counts
the money into your hand. The actual amount/% is discussed on various gaming
sites... from "no way! nothing!" to $20 up to 10%. It's usually one of those costumed
bimbos that literally bounce around the gaming floor. (Not applicable if they give you a
check.) I opted for the cash but did not know about the tip thing. I felt a little like a
jerk about it afterwards... for a short time. Now... if it was at Caesar's Palace and it
was one of the bare-chested gladiators who paid me...

Curious why she felt it was necessary to lock him in the basement
( I certainly didn't mean to defend her actions)

Interesting, too, that they are all misdemeanor counts. And, yes, wonder why she locked him in the basement? Curiouser and curiouser.....

On hold w/ health care provider.

I managed to figure out how to get at the documentation for 2016 benefits
(involved fanagling with the HTML) and I have a couple of questions. (*)

My physical is next month (driving-conditions-dependent) and I KNOW I'll be
walking out with 2 referrals. Both of those services are labeled as "covered
    in full when medically necessary".

I need a definition of "medically necessary" and I want to know WHO makes
    that determination.

Any answer OTHER than "primary care doc referral = OK" will cause a stink to
    be raised.

"... estimated wait time remaining: 45 minutes..."

    * - still have not received anything via USPS.

    Her answer:
"Don't read too much into the literature."

You have GOT to be joking. :glare:

(I'll let that sink in for a few minutes...)

    .
    .
    .
    .
    .

It's there, in black-on-white, as something to READ. But yet, we are supposed to not "read
    too much into the literature".

That ranks right up there on my list of "Most Unfulfilling Responses, Ever."

Escalation to next up the ladder. Waiting for call-back. NEVER let incompetence go unchallenged.
