And... this.

I will be eMailing this to the OWNER of the rental across the road as a "friendly
reminder". I will NOT have THEIR driveway plowed across the road ONTO MY
front lawn. Reported it the last 2 years. THIS year, the Sheriff will be summoned.
I will get plate number and name of service (if it's on the truck).

Also going to stick a copy of it in the door of the rental.

lol, while it says the snow needs to remain on your own property it fails to mention any consequence if pushed onto somebody else's property. i doubt the ny state vehicle and traffic law will apply to bear's property ;)

???

It must first pass across a road, and that is mentioned as a vehicle and traffic law.

"... may result in tickets being issued ..."

Yes... I get it... "may".

What else is there to do all Winter long but make sure people abide by state laws and
town code? Just because it's Christmas time, I don't give people a "pass" in the spirit
of the season. I'm a hard-bass. But a FAIR one.

Gotta keep the Sheriffs busy, too.

It's called a "camera".

Now, unless the plow is also contracted by the town to plow town roads, there may also be
another violation. The plow drivers are union workers, and I'm kind of thinking they don't
want a non-union person "helping" to plow the roads.

Tibs... I'm disappointed. :( It CLEARLY states NYS LAW requires the snow to stay on-
property. If it's a law, then there must be some penalty if a law is broken. I'll let you know
what it is when it happens.
