i had no luck getting another full tenderloin, atty ended up with 4 individually cut tenderloin filet steaks which looked promising
as to the recipe - for that cut not much is needed! i trimmed off the side muscle, tip and end piece which, in effect, gave me a chateaubriand. seared in the cast iron skillet then rubbed with a soft butter, thyme, garlic and rosemary mixture and finished in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes (rare)

I had an eggbeaters omelet for brunch, then did the microwave popcorn in a bowl thing while watching a movie. It worked. Might just as easily use a pan though. But if you don't like the pan thing, the microwave method works. And both are a lot healthier than the bag stuff.

well sure I still have 2 that I've only seen the first min. of
