catt, any survivors in your department?

A few; but they are totally 'reorganizing'. I was in Central Research and Development - that's combining with Engineering to become Science and Engineering with ~ 50% of the former numbers. Then they (DuPont) are going to merge with Dow and then split into three separate companies. Which will prolly mean more layoffs within the next year.

oh my! wonder if seniority will survive once those separate companies are formed. being on the 1700 list might not be so bad after all!
