I am a little "chipper", Dale. It's the exciting phase of a project. All of the possibilities, but none of the headaches, since nothing's been started LOL.

That's another thing a person should check for and get a copy of,lien wavers cover you if the contractors buys things on credit then doesn't pay the supplier or company doing work for them

Can't complain about the winter here so far. Much better than usual.You might here a whine or two about the upcoming cold spell though
