Check you kitchen drawers, Atty. All you need is a big slotted spoon--I'm sure you have one of those. That's what I use to make my spaetzle.

Or just pour your batter into slowly boiling water in a thin, steady stream, cutting off the noodles as they become too long.

I just copped out and did buttered noodles (and a salad, and green beans).
All turned out well.

They are predicting 3 feet of snow for some parts...like near Tibs.

You know what that wet snow does to trees and power lines. And driving.

So I was serious. But, knowing our Tibs, she's all covered. She already said she was going to town....
