I'll try and remember that.Check you kitchen drawers, Atty. All you need is a big slotted spoon--I'm sure you have one of those. That's what I use to make my spaetzle.

Or just pour your batter into slowly boiling water in a thin, steady stream, cutting off the noodles as they become too long.
MeanieTibs....did you check that you have at least 3 days of medicines, firewood or generator gas on hand?
