lol.Oooh, I'm sorry......I can easily change it..It's a proclamation of Spring, but it can be changed.
We didn't say you had to change it!!!!
Once we give it a good look, we can adapt. Snails are flexible (with tough shells)!

It was good!
I did "Cinnamon Sugar French Toast" with extra cinnamon using REAL bread (deli-bakery Italian unsliced loaf was on sale for $1.99) and soaked it in the custard, fried it to crisp the outside, and then baked it until it puffed up and cooked through.
It was custardy/eggy on the inside, and crisp on the outside, and thicker than "normal" sandwich slices. The bread had real body.
And a shot of vanilla (pinch salt and sugar too) in the custard helps.
Plus...syrup and butter.
Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some rogue elements will argue for a perpetual DST — after all, more people are awake and active at 7PM than 7AM. This upsets parents, who point out that children are more likely to be struck and killed by cars in the dark — and moving to DST permanently means a lot more dark in the morning. Personally, I don't care whether we stick with DST or standard time. What I want, most of all, is to stop resetting my damn clock — the time change is, quite literally, a killer.
