Kung Pao chicken over rice, side of mixed veggies to up veggie count (corn and peas and beans 'n stuff don't mix well with the carrot and celery in the stir-fry dish...I like the K.P. Chicken corn-less ).

Wellness organic ground beef seasoned with everything, f/c string beans, fried eggplant and a salad.

Then Fage yogurt w/blueberries for dessert!
