    @Katmar posted a while ago about her chops-in-onions... maybe she'll share again.

    Lets see, I use an electric skillet. Brown chops in butter, add water and onions, place lid,let simmer for about one half hour, take off lid, let water evaporate, let your onions get as brown as you want.

    Not sure if I left anything out....:cry:.....may not work well for really lean chops...otherwise, delicious.:)

    Any ideas?

    I get real thick ones make a pouch out of them and coat them in crumbs then stuff them with stove top pork stuffing,put them on a small rack and cook them in a oven bag. when ready to eat I smother them in mushroom gravy,never dry that way :D
