I managed to keep the chicken moist in the parm. Hope I can do as well with pork chops.
@Katmar posted a while ago about her chops-in-onions... maybe she'll share again.

Lets see, I use an electric skillet. Brown chops in butter, add water and onions, place lid,let simmer for about one half hour, take off lid, let water evaporate, let your onions get as brown as you want.
Not sure if I left anything out.........may not work well for really lean chops...otherwise, delicious.
