It would be great if there was a NEWS-ONLY Deeming thread. Read-only, with material
added by a select few folks who would KEEP it news-only. Possibly include vendor-
specific info (ie: those going OOB, those fighting for vaping, etc.).
We have Deeming threads in the FDA subforum, the news and media subforum, and the
legislation subforum. And most start off as "news", but devolve into rants and raves and
speculation and "what happens if" and one person correcting another because that person

But NY wants to one-up the FDA/Deeming by establishing a radius around
chil'len gathering places. But they forgot playgrounds. They also forgot
baseball/football/soccer fields. Ice cream shops (if there are any anymore).
Daycare centers are not specified, either. I'm shocked.
Bear if we live long enough I wouldn't be surprised to see the same pukes that pass those laws want to remove kids from the home shortly after birth and raise them in an indoctrination camp of some kind,you get what you vote for.Enjoy your big gulp

Why don't they just come right out and say "It's a money grab to pay for ____"? That would be honest. Then they don't have to come up with a bunch of B.S. to justify it.
