Don't like pancakes, either, but you go ahead and enjoy. I know, I'm strange.
I'm kinda "Meh" on them too. I find them a bit hard to digest and overly "filling". Yet, I eat them on occasion for something different. I get a craving once in a while.
I should make them from scratch rather than use the box-crap. But the box-crap is what makes them otherwise appealing...because so easy. I spruce them up a bit, but still...One meal will last me a month or two.
