    G'mornin, snails!

    Jury duty limbo flyby...

    ~~~:(~~~
    Howdy, OBG and MadO. Who's watching the kittens?
    I decided to board them at my vet's clinic, which caters only to felines. I figured it would be a good idea to get them familiar with the experience before I go out of the country for 10 days at the end of May. ;)
    Just a quick stop-in to say hello to everybody. Taking advantage of a day off
    from trekking to Dad's and getting a few things done.
    On the docket for noon-ish is starting a nice big batch of chili, and giving the
    new dutch oven it's first use. For dinner tonight, a mixing-bowl full to my Dad
    tomorrow, and enough left over for at least one more meal.
    I'll spend simmer-time playing Slider Puzzle with the fridge to make room for
    the leftovers. While you will NEVER hear me complain about 60 degrees on
    the first of February (midnight high temp, a record), it makes me miss using
    the garage as place to put pots of Winter-time comfort foods and not worry
    about space.
