I mostly cook with it. So most of the alcohol is gone...
I should drink it is small amounts with dinner. It aids digestion. Meh. I still have some beer from a year ago. I just got old, I guess.

i don't partake either but i'd bet that both (the 3) of you would be pleasantly surprised if somebody were to serve up the right stuff!
Hubby drinks a glass now and then with dinner, but he does enjoy a beer occasionally!

Could be......my family was raised with wine at the dinner table nightly! I have had burgundy, and I could take a few sips, but then, I'd be sound asleep within a half hour.
