Ah yes! Tried many years ago to grow this! My garden club group met for a plant swap, and we stopped at a nursery on the way, and each of us purchased a small cutting.....I didn't have any luck with it, probably because of my locale.

The Gold Tree, sometimes called Golden Trumpet Tree, is a fast grower to 30 feet.

This tree is cold hardy, fine in Zone 9B, with brown bark and clusters of bright yellow-gold flowers in spring.
