Began "off water and food" yesterday.
Fully "off" today.
Bringing up foamy "stuff".
Unable to use litter box - whichever way he's trying.
Hiding.
Growling at almost any touch.
Vet concerned it could be something with the urinary tract.
I'm guessing he'll be there at least overnight. And that's OK.
Need to get ready. Later!
Sure sounds urinary tract related. Fingers crossed it's minor, Bear. I once had a male who constantly got UTIs and eventually had the tip of his penis cut off and that resolved everything. I know, ya can't even imagine...YEOWW! But he did very well and lived a very long and healthy life.

He is staying 1 or 2 nights. He *did* pee before I took him in and did not makewe all do, frannie
a fuss (growl, meow, protest) while doing it. But vet is concerned about the
3-pound weight loss (15%) since December. So, battery of tests, hydration,
etc etc etc.
good news, bear! hopefully, the weight loss will be explained by something not all that serious!

Hello, Tweety. It is so nice to see you. My day just got better... and that's sayin' something. Beautiful weather on the island and almost perfect blue skies. There were a couple cumulus clouds scattered that miraculously gathered themselves into a smiley face. I'm pretty sure they were smilin' down on me.
