. How's the construction going? Hope all is well with you, Mom and the beasties!!
Nothing new to photo- plumbing is in, electrical is roughed in, and HVAC is due today. All will need a bit more to tie them into the rest of the house and the changes in the kitchen. The pace hasn't picked up - every one is busy and finishing other jobs. the roofing felt has blown loose, but the shingles haven't been delivered yet.
I'm assuming we won't be done before September. We have to be done by the end of October, because the building loan is due at the beginning of November and we'll need to be ready to refi (I am pre-approved for the new mortgage).
