minimize the browser so you can see the desktop.
Right-click on the desktop and see if there's a settings or Nvidia properties or something.
Or there's an Nvidia utility somewhere in your programs menu.

It's not in the right click and not in Programs either.

It's still set for small

The resolution should match your monitor resolution.

Like 1920 x 1080

you might have to play around with the settings in display - main thing though has the screen gone black since the update?

In the "system tray" maybe? (I think win 7 had that, on the task-bar in the lower-right-hand corner?)

go back to control panel and see if nvidia shows up in there

but atty is right - right-clicking your desktop should bring up the option for nvidia control panel; just checked it on mine
