I can type in NIVIDA in the start search menu NVIDIA control panel is there but when I click to open it won't.
Have I mentioned that I hate this computer??
Remember the days when you had to actually click PLAY for website
videos to PLAY? Now they all start automatically. Bandwidth pigs.
And when you scroll, the videos follow you. You must now click
PAUSE to stop them. What the hell???
Even some Facebook videos do that now. You scroll away and the
video goes into the upper left corner.

You may have to reinstall the nvidia app for win 7

set your flash to 'ask to activate' that stopped a lot of that nonsense for me

I do not see Flash in the add-ons. But that's OK. Gives me somethingset your flash to 'ask to activate' that stopped a lot of that nonsense for me

frannie, you might have to download to a usb stick or save the download to your desktop, then uninstall nvdia in 'add/remove programs' in the control panel. then do a fresh install
