My fire extinguisher was recalled (and so were MANY people's....huge recall). Check yours.

Get the model #, date code and serial number per the instructions above, then go to their website and check for the recall and then if you're impacted, enter your personal data and they'll send you another one, and you can ship the old one back.
New one should arrive in about 15-20 days per the site (I'd expect a huge volume of initial entries, I wonder how long it will take...)
Anyway, FYI. Worth doing since the recalled one may not work when needed.
