Do any of youse snails drink kefir? I'm lookin' to git me some good probiotics in me system. So many recommend kefir, so I'm now curious.

They took just one vial of blood from hubs toady. His dr is of the opinion that a lot of his pain is still from the surgical procedure he had just a week ago. He sent us home with an Advanced directive. Said his cancer will kill him but there's no reason to lose hope. Another terminal cancer patient is still alive after being given 6 months to live.
I don't buy the store brands cause they're usually filled with sugar. If you can find one with a minimum of sugar, that would be a good way to get your probiotics. You can also get a good quality capsule that includes a lot of essential strains.
My neighbor buys the cultures and makes it herself and I did buy all the necessary stuff so she can teach me, but the last few months have been too preoccupied to learnl

Oh Gracie,no way I'm giving up on hubs. He hasn't even started treatment yet but it's getting closer.
We've had a truck here for over 2 weeks,maybe 3. Hubs has been unable to work on due to the pain issues. Older brother friend and his son are here today to start work on it. The son also brought me in a bunch of wood. Younger of the brothers will be here today too sanding the front yard again.
