We've had a truck here for over 2 weeks,maybe 3. Hubs has been unable to work on due to the pain issues. Older brother friend and his son are here today to start work on it. The son also brought me in a bunch of wood. Younger of the brothers will be here today too sanding the front yard again.

So glad you're getting help with the truck. Son bringing wood in is a good thing, too!

I think it was Dannon that did the research on specific strains of probiotics for their yogurt. It isn't bad to supplement whatever PB's you do with some yogurt. It's relatively inexpensive too, and every spoonful contains ?trillions? of healthy bacteria.

I have no idea what Tibs' yard looks like, so maybe a screening option is a good idea (it's your yard after all ) I personally wouldn't scoff at a propane tank painted like a Minion, though (and I hope you're feeling better...maybe even at 70% capacity )

Do any of youse snails drink kefir? I'm lookin' to git me some good probiotics in me system. So many recommend kefir, so I'm now curious.

I drink kefir from time to time. I second the recommendation to look at ingredients...some are loaded with sugar and crap. I get mine at my local health food store, and they tend to carry pretty good brands. My favorite flavors are peach and blueberry
