yup - consensus seems to be a duration of 2 to 3 weeks after the fever is gone and sometimes even longer

Maddy got her nails trimmed, a hair cut ( not much) and a bath. All set for her wellness check at 2:30 today, which happens to be right in the middle of my nap time!!! Oh, well.....gets me out of the house for awhile.
