    I have a closet full of beautiful suits that I can't get into, they are all 2s and 4s and 6s :cry:
    I finally caved in and hit the outlet mall yesterday - I had to have a few decent pieces and they had some good sales going on.
    Did some damage at Ann Taylor :(

    Thank goodness I don’t have to dress for success where I work, I’d be up a creek without a paddle :lol:

    I don't have to dress all suited up here.
    The past couple of years I guess you could say I was wearing more...weekend type clothes, even sneakers.
    (all my shoes don't fit anymore either - I have now gone from a 5 1/2 to a 6 1/2)
    50 pounds is a lot to put on no matter where you started from.

    I hear ya, Classy. In 2003, I was way overweight. Lost 57 pounds over a year's time. Stayed at that weight until after lung surgery. Then, starting last September, started putting weight back on. Am now in the process of losing 25 pounds. 6 down, 19 to go. Slow and steady is the best way. I don't deny myself things I like. I just limit them to very small portions. As long as I can enjoy a bite or 2, I'm good. Really limiting sugar, which has helped. I feel for ya, Classy. But be gentle and kind to yourself! :wub:
