Hubs cancer marker went from 110 last month to 250 this month. This is the ca 19-9 cancer marker test specific to the pancreas,liver,gall bladder area. His dr will be wanting more chemo sessions.

Frannie, I'm sorry his number went up. I was hoping, like Tibs, that it would be down, or, at least, the same. I know it's not a huge jump, but it's still an increase. Will keep fingers crossed that it goes back down. Can they do any immunotherapy or targeted therapy for his type of cancer? Has he been tested for such? My friend is taking a pill, along with chemo right now. But I don't know what the pill is.
