Well, you can always hope.........

With all this brainless radical "deregulate everything" mentality these days, I wouldn't hold my breath.
I suppose that there's some truth to it all, since the mega corps use congress to ADD regulations in their favor, and diminish civil rights. (Oligarchy). But when it comes to "We don't need no EPA" and "We don't need no big gubment" stuff, that's a problem.

And Trump is so pro-coal that he/they won't solve the long term problems, because short-term money is sexy.
