Good morning everyone.

That link above ^^ Substituted "Terms of service violation" in the title.
That's pretty low, considering the fair-use laws.
It's intended to drive people TO their site to read the full article, and is a small excerpt. Nor do I think their terms are enforceable. I "fixed" the link title.

This is just more outlandish takeover of basic rights by big-corporations muscling people around.
Maybe I'll ask the management here if they'll ban links from bloomberg.com!!! Grrrr.
@retired1 ......FYI

Read this and you'll find out why Bloomberg is doing that.

EU smacks internet in the face with link tax and upload filter laws | ZDNet

Read it and weep. I've always maintained that the members of parliament in Brussels are clueless, but this just takes the cake.

So an EU site that "asks for the title" of the link, however that works when you post it....gets that message back? Or maybe they detected a copy/paste operation (two small paragraphs) from the article.

Either way, under USA law, it's fair use. (and IDK if that matters, since it's an EU site)
The EU is insane. No wonder Brits want to bail out.
