That's pretty low, considering the fair-use laws.
It's intended to drive people TO their site to read the full article, and is a small excerpt. Nor do I think their terms are enforceable. I "fixed" the link title.
This is just more outlandish takeover of basic rights by big-corporations muscling people around.
Maybe I'll ask the management here if they'll ban links from bloomberg.com!!! Grrrr.

So an EU site that "asks for the title" of the link, however that works when you post it....gets that message back? Or maybe they detected a copy/paste operation (two small paragraphs) from the article.Read this and you'll find out why Bloomberg is doing that.
