I checked the weather when I got up this morning. Weather said 72 for today. I almost choked on my coffee.

It’s been years since I heard birds.
I hear them good in one ear but not all of them in the other.
Not a total loss in that ear, just a hole in that range.
Keys thunk instead of jingle...I don't hear coins dropping out of my coin purse (yep, got tapped on the shoulder and told by the person behind me)
Crickets too are not heard in that ear.

Even with hearing aids, I am almost deaf in right ear. Left ear is still pretty good with hearing aid. So, I miss a lot from the right, but if I turn my head, I am bombarded with a plethora of sounds I didn't know were there. I know our Dale hears almost nothing. I wish she could hear the birds sing again...I hear them good in one ear but not all of them in the other.
