Good morning Gracie :)

Not sure if you saw us posting the other day about daylight. We said that if we have to wake up SO early (4-5am), it should be light!!!! Don't you agree? I think it messes our circadiam rhythms up a lot. At least, it does mine. :(
Yep, I saw that post......I'm usually out on the lanai by 5:30 and it is pitch dark! But, there have been times when I'm up at 4, and I actually like the quiet of the pre-dawn but if that happened every night, then I would surely change my tune.

I would be out on my deck that early, too, if it were warmer that early. Although, I HAVE made it out there a few times at that hour this summer. Such peace and quiet and the birds just awakening....love it. Unfortunately, my body clock refuses to let me sleep past 5 or 5:30. That happened after I had a severe anxiety attack back in 2010. So, I'm usually asleep before 10. Sure wish I could change it. I move my bedtime by 15 minutes later, but still wake up at the same time. Tibs and Frannie seem used to it. We don't really like it, but it is what it is. We never have company at night because of it.

Hope y'all had a great day! Mine was fairly quiet, in some ways...I think I ate a little too much fiber yesterday, and that's all I'll say about that!!!

Good evening and goodnight Snails. Sleep well, sweet dreams and a better tomorrow for all :)
I enjoyed mine  Good night Kat :)
