Snow stopped around 3 or so, I think. Temps are going to rise overnight, so we may get lucky with the ice. There is some out there, but not too bad. Got about 4 inches. And always happy we didn't lose power!!

But too late, I'm trying it anyway. I kept the skins, and I'll try not to over-cook them. The dressing is tasty.

You use what you've got--that's my philosophy. Won't have the same texture, but it will taste fine, I'm sure. Good luck! I use Red Bliss or White Creamers for potato salads.
