In NY, we cannot receive cigarettes via UPS or FedEx or any other courier. They FOLLOWED
USPS in the "ban". They can stop shipping anything they want whenever they want. So why
"it won't happen" makes no sense. Harm reduction or not. What do they know about harm
reduction? They do not care. It's now the trendy thing to do... what's "right" and makes
them look good. For the chil'in.

And from recent press and media, "harm reduction" is barely - if at all - mentioned. All
they focus on are the people being shoved into iron lungs. ecigbadthing
