Classy is going to be rained on for days. But she won't flood (much). She's not on the surge side, so they'll have drainage. The surge-side...there's nowhere for the rain to go on the coast!

Those nasty palmetto bugs... they crawl all over dog poo piles, then
climb up the trees... and drop off again at dusk. Right on your head.

Lizards are cute. I'd like them. And as long as the snakes are not
poisonous, they'd be OK, too.
