Looks like we have some much-needed rain on the way and hopefully not much white stuff. In Marlow, Heather is forecasted 7 inches of snow. Glad I'm not there.

egg foo young has egg in it. egg=breakfast
plus, it was the wknd. I eat clean all week and get 1 or 2 cheat meals a week. I deserved it.

Or stuffing them with mac and cheese (no toast needed on the side then).
Etc.
I'll bet an onions/peppers and sausages saute would be great in there. Maybe cheese added too.
