    Don't you usually( I had to look the word up.:lol: I couldn't remember how to spell it.) have symptoms before you become incapacitated? And while were on incapacitated parts of your body:lol:, how's the floppy finger doing?

    that's what i thought :?: so maybe tendonitis? anyhow, hand not worth a darn this morning. the floppy finger stayed crooked but that's the extent of the problem ;) funny you remembered that!

    Day 5 of intermittent fasting. It's not a diet, but rather a timed meal plan. Yes, I know that's technically a "diet." But the word diet has a connotation of trying to lose weight. I'm not necessarily against that, but that's not the goal. It's about the health benefits... and there are many. One being cell rejuvenation in a fasted state.

    My biggest problem is not being able to have my double espresso with honey and frothed milk when I wake up. Going without food for 16 to 18 hours isn't a problem. I got some flavored coffee: sticky buns--and who couldn't like sticky buns in the morning or any time of day for that fact.:D It has no calories and won't spike my insulin, so i'll stay in a fasted state. It's working better than what I was doing. It's all a process.:)

    I'm taking the wknd off of intermittent fasting. So, I'll have 5 days on and 2 days off. I'm going to start fasted cardio next week. So, I'll be in the gym twice daily: early morning fasted cardio, then eat, and late morning/early afternoon resistant training. I've got to be ready for my 2 month long EPIC trip coming up in February.
