The Pepper is way ahead of you as usual.
I am considering playing with the time i eat. I'm usually up at 5am or by 6am. But I can't eat right away and I'm having problems getting enough food in me by 5pm--I'm literally shoving in as much of my dinner as I can watching the clock hit 5pm. I'm sticking with 9a to 5p next week and i'll see how my body adjust. If i am still not adjusting where I'm comfortable, I will bump it up 1 hour earlier at 8am. Also, i'll see how doing fasted cardi next week helps. I'll go in around 6am and hit the treadmill hard for 45 minutes.... and I'll see if i pass out or not.
Oh, and I finally got my new earbuds yesterday after almost 2 weeks on amazon prime.
But they're awesome and I got them at 1/2 off on black friday. It was worth the wait.

Yes, especially with your bum wrist. Joan needs to step up her game today. I don't want you doing permanent damage to that wrist or irritating it to the point you'll need surgery or rehab. A temporarily clean house isn't worth it. Push that damn joan hard.

CVS sucks than they made it all better after an hour on the phone. Local CVS closed without a warning - sign on door - we are closed.after an hour (got contact number on line) got prescription transferred to another store out of my area but now all four (90 day supply) will be delivered to the house for a little extra charge but I can live with that.

Received prescriptions in mail today from CVS shipped USPS PRIORITY - no extra charge.
