Had an awesome time at the Lobster Trap in Asheville last night. Fortunately, I wasn't paying the $500.00 bill.
We had oysters, clams, shrimp, and all kinds of variations of seafood. it was incredible. Here's a couple pics. luv the open kitchen.

I'm making fresh ravioli today. filling with ricotta cheese, parmesan, etc. made a bolognese sauce to pour over. several friends are coming over to eat and drink italian wine. wish u people were here because it's going to be awesome.

I’d pass out if I got a 500 dollar bill for eating out
lol. this is why the pepper paid for dinner the night before when it only cost $250.00

did you look at the lobster on the menu and did you see a drastic increase in price?
lol. no, nobody wanted lobster and they listed the price for lobster as market price. we had everything but lobster, including scallops. it was a big smorgasbord. everyone order something and we all shared whatever we had. our waiter laughingly said to the table next to us that they better order shrimp soon before our table ate it all.
started making the pasta for the ravioli. I knead for 00 italian flour for about 3 to 5 minutes and let it rest for 1/2 hour. then come back and knead again until fully mixed. the first bottle of wine has been opened.
